We typically pack our products in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. However, if you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes with your authorization letters.

What are your payment terms?
We require a 30% deposit through T/T, with the remaining 70% due before delivery. We'll provide you with photos of the products and packaging before you pay the balance.

What are your delivery terms?
We offer a variety of delivery terms, including EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, and DDU.

What is your delivery time?
Generally, our delivery time ranges from 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. However, the specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Can you produce products based on samples?
Yes, we can manufacture products based on your samples or technical drawings. We have the capability to build molds and fixtures.

What is your sample policy?
If we have ready parts in stock, we can supply a sample. However, the customer must cover the cost of the sample and courier.

Can you print our brand on the packaging or products?
Yes, with over 10 years of OEM experience, we have the capability to make customers' logos through laser engraving, embossing, transfer printing, and other methods.
