The double-locking head design creates a more secure fastening. The tensile strength of the Double Locking Cable Tie loop is greater than that of a standard cable tie. Double-Locking Cable Ties are supplied in a range of lengths and widths.
These cable ties are “outside serated”, presenting a smooth surface to the cable bundle and avoiding any problems with damage to the insulation. The width of the ties gives a broad contact area with the cable, again minimising the risk of damage. The ‘Low Profile’ design of the head allows for use in applications with restricted sapce.
Material: Nylon 6/6.
Normal Service Temperature Range: -20°C ~ 80°C.
Flambility Rating: UL 94V-2.
Application
Designed primarily for use within the electrical supply industry these ties are particularly useful in areas with limited space, e.g. cable bundling in shafts and are particularly suitable for outdoor use.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

A: Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
