Ideal for running two cable s in parallet, that need to be separated. The double head cable tie was designed with a dual locking head that creates two loops to secure two bundles simultaneously. The head also provides separation between bundles or bundles running parallel to each other. For high volume applications, tensioning tools are available to ensure consistent and safe installation.
The double head ties are also widely used within the packaging industry – the first loop closes and secures the bag, whilst the second loop can be made into a carrying handle (subject to weight).
Material: Nylon 6/6.
Normal Service Temperature Range: -20°C ~ 80°C.
Flambility Rating: UL 94V-2.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

A: Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
