Lockout tags help keep workers from mistakenly turning on equipment. Ensure the safety and security of employees with Accory's lockout tagout equipment. It requires that hazardous energy sources be "isolated and rendered inoperative" before work is started on the equipment in question. The isolated power sources are then locked and a tag is placed on the lock identifying the worker who placed it. The worker then holds the key for the lock, ensuring that only they can remove the lock and start the machine. This prevents accidental startup of a machine while it is in a hazardous state or while a worker is in direct contact with it.

1.HEAVY DUTY: Tear, weather, and chemical resistant 15 mil vinyl with brass grommet. Use in both hot, cold environments, and interior and exterior applications.
2.Tag is reusable and waterproof. Tags can be used inside or outdoors.
3.Write-on name, department, expected completion date.
4.Most tags use a reinforcing patch eyelet - for a greater pull strength.

A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
