The Aegis Bolt Seal is an ISO 17712:2013 (E) compliant high security container bolt seal. It is made of high grade Q235A steel (pin & bush) and ABS plastic, used to seal shipping containers in a way that provides tamper evidence and some level of security. Such seals can help to detect theft or contamination, either accidental or deliberate, typically they are considered an inexpensive way of providing tamper evidence of intrusion into sensitive spaces.
It suitable for container, trucks, rail car, tank, luggage cargo etc.

Features

1. High security seals complied with ISO17712:2013 (E).
2. High-impact ABS coating for visible tamper evidence.
3. The two parts of the bolt seal are joined together for easy handling.
4. The pin can not be twisted after locking into the house.
5. Laser marking offers the highest level of security as it cannot be removed and replaced.
6. Identical sequential numbers on both parts provide greater security as it prevents parts substitution or replacement.
7. With “H” mark on the bottom of the seal.

Instructions for Use

1. Insert the bolt through the barrel to close
2. Push the cylinder on the tip end of the bolt until it clicks.
3. Verify that the security seal is sealed.
4. Record the seal number to control security.
